Hi! I’m Chris Failla
As a speaker, coach, and facilitator, I’m a spark that IGNITES WHAT’S POSSIBLE™.
Due to toxins in the environment where I lived in China, and the chronic health issues that came with that, I hit deep burnout before I was 30 years old. Feeling like the best of my life was behind me brought a tremendous sense of clarity, forced me to ruthlessly address my capacity, and lean into connection and support instead of trying to navigate it all on my own.
It was a profound recalibration and overhaul of my operating system, and my mission is to help organizations reignite their potential by cultivating clarity, capacity, and connection. With 20+ years of experience leading teams and working with organizations across different industries, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges leaders face when their teams are stretched too thin. My work is about simplifying the path forward and giving teams the tools they need to thrive.
